Electrical design is the prerequisite for bringing technical systems to life. Our motivation is to find the right solution for every problem. That requires a great deal of practical know-how and experience, because in redesigning or enhancing electrical systems, control systems or machines, a great deal of information needs to be combined and several framework conditions need to be taken into account.

The foundation for the electrical design is formed by a detailed electrical planning. In this step, the desired functions are defined and specified. Our electrical engineers work out in detail which interfaces and components are needed to implement these exact functions. This means: which cables, fuses, switches, sensors, etc. are needed to achieve the desired result? How do they need to be connected and linked together so that the system works perfectly? We create the full design documentation on the basis of which control cabinets can be built. The electrical installation, commissioning, material procurement and programming are also based on these documents.

Modern CAE systems are used to create the design documents. These help with the project planning and documenting the project and facilitate economical and time-efficient execution. We mainly use the systems ELCAD, Engineering Base, WSCAD, EPLAN and EPLAN P8. Other software can also be used at the request of the customer.
During the construction process, our highly qualified employees also take all applicable standards and guidelines into consideration as well as specifications and conditions specific to the customer and system. This way, we guard against accidents occurring and prevent high follow-up costs at an early stage. By working closely with you, we also make sure that your individual wishes and requirements are taken into account as comprehensively as possible. And it goes without saying that we build the electrical system so that it works reliably. We bring all these parameters together and develop a sophisticated technical solution for your project. As a result, you get detailed drawings and plans of the system or control which has been built, which can be used as a basis for the realisation.
Our range of services does not even end there, however. We also programme the software that makes your system function. In the area of PLC programming, we specialise in the use of Siemens, Allen Bradley and Schneider Electric controls. We are also capable of using CodeSys-based control systems, such as Wago or Beckhoff.
