The focus is on structures such as bridges, locks and steel hydraulic engineering installations – where reliability, safety and regulatory compliance are crucial.
We support projects from the initial assessment through approval and implementation planning to construction supervision and commissioning. Thanks to our structured approach, sound risk assessments and close coordination with all project participants, we ensure planning reliability throughout the entire project.

ibz | Gebäudeplanung brings over 50 years of experience in technical building equipment to DriveCon's service portfolio. As specialists in technical building equipment, we plan electrical engineering systems for public, social and commercial construction projects – reliably, economically and with a focus on the user.
Our range of services includes energy supply systems, safety systems, communications technology, lighting technology and lift technology. We manage all service phases in accordance with HOAI – from the initial idea to handover and beyond.
